Freddy's Revenge Drag Racing

 

The Freddy Crew

Driver: Dave

Dave has held his drag racing driving licence for 25 years this year, and has owned a number of cars in that time. He has finally settled with Freddy's Revenge and the crew he has now.
 

 

 

Crew Chief: TC

TC spectated drag racing back in the 70's, and began crewing for Dave in the 90's. Drag racing occupies much of his life now and he loves having Freddy down the end of the garden.

Hils:

Hils met Dave when the team were displaying Freddy at the Bexhill 100 show and the rest, as they say, is history. Drag racing is now one of Hils' many hobbies but probably the most time consuming.

 

 

 

 

Steph:

Steph has been married to TC for what seems like all of eternity. She was brought in to the world of drag racing through him and has learnt to love it as much as the rest of the team.
 

 

 

 

 

Chris & Sarah

Chris is the eldest son of Dave, and was born in to the drag racing bug. Providing a helping hand all round, he is a valued member of the team.

Sarah began racing in 2009, and provides a helping hand with the cooking and cleaning. She seems to enjoy watching Freddy very much and is likely to be with us for many more meetings.
 

 

 

 

 

Joey and Mike:

Joey has been drag racing since TC's return to the track, so has been attending race meets from a young age. She is a social butterfly at the track, particularly within the NFAA.
Mike began racing in 2009 and thoroughly enjoys the meetings now! He is keen to learn more about Freddy and become more helpful with the car.
 

Rob and Tash:

Rob is the youngest of Dave's boys, and is a huge help with the car. His main job is to look after the gearbox, but also provides all round assistance.
Tash was brought in to drag racing after going out with Robbie for what seems like ever, and now attends every meeting to make tea and make Freddy shiny.

 

 

 

 

 

Arthur and Alex

Art and Alex joined the team in 2008, just in time for their best season ever. Art helps with the various jobs car related over the racing weekend, and Alex is team photographer. Art and Alex are from Wolverhampton, where as the rest of the team are based in Somerset, so only the odd visit away from the track is possible. Without their help though the weekend would be a lot more stressful and not as easy an enjoyable as 2008 was.
